The number one thing that keeps people from pursuing their goal of working from home is the idea they get into their heads that there is always a huge start up cost. The reality is that there are many work at home jobs for free. One example that comes to mind is becoming a collectibles dealer.

If you take a look at the ‘wanted’ section of your local CraigsList.org website, you’ll see tons of people who are looking for a very specific item. They often don’t have the time to constantly scour different sites to see when what they want will become available. That’s where you come in. You can contact these people directly and find out exactly what they’re looking for and how much they are willing to pay.

You then take that information and do all the legwork for them. You can find auctions available on eBay.com or even local estate sales. Once you find someone who is offering what they’re looking for, you can negotiate the price down as low as possible. You can then turn around and immediately re-sell it to the buyer you already have set up. You can even have your buyer pay them directly, to avoid any upfront cost to you at all.

The is a great option to work at home for free that isn’t just limited to collectibles. There are any number of products that people will be looking to find but simply don’t have the time, or don’t know how, to find themselves.
